Please be aware that all new members will have some minor limitations until they reach a pre-specified (very low) number of posts. This is merely an attempt to frustrate potential spammers. If you notice that you are unable to immediately perform a specific task, it is likely due to this effort. After a few posts, you should have normal capabilities. We apologize in advance for any aggravation this may cause... unless you are a board spammer.
